Canto’s Summer Program Virginia offers an immersive, hands-on experience for talented singers of all levels, looking to deepen their skills in the art of opera performance.

Participants will receive valuable tools to build their confidence, ensuring every singer can reach their peak potential. Canto is happy to welcome performance psychologist Noa Kageyama for a special workshop on performance anxiety,

In addition, participants will work on developing their acting skills, learning how to fully embody their characters and connect with the emotional depth of the music.

Participants will take part in feedback auditions with an agent, public performances, and a class on singing in front of the camera, leading to a professional video recording.
